The Nonprofit Cultivation Center was born out of feedback from nonprofit agencies seeking support for expectations around capacity set with the Boulder County Human Services Strategic Plan Plan. Foothills United Way teamed with Boulder County Community Services to brainstorm the possibilities of creating a low-cost support vehicle for nonprofits. Through the commitment from Boulder County and Foothills United Way, the Nonprofit Cultivation Center launched officially in February 2011.
