Our Peer Groups support front-line and mid-management level nonprofit staff.

We give nonprofit staff the resources and tools that are needed to advance their work and become stronger leaders in the sector. Networking provides meaningful relationships to rely on in the journey of career development.

Peer Groups launched for our community in 2011 with four groups: Development Staff, Finance Staff, Program Directors and Volunteer Coordinators.

Peer Groups are limited to paid nonprofit staff members and are not open to Board Members and Executive Directors.  We offer Board Members and Executive Directors professional development opportunities year through a comprehensive training calendar. Learn more about our trainings, click here.
